This romantic 1960s French Provincial bookcase top desk has been restored to perfection! French Cottage Chic never looked so pretty or Romantic! Circa 1960, this desk has 6 easy slide drawers, the interiors have been lined with pretty floral print paper. We make sure that our drawers are easy open and close. The three bottom drawers have lots of storage! One narrow drawer under the desk top is perfect for pencils, paper and supplies. The top features three drawers but only two are functional, the center drawer does not open. Under that drawer there is a space to put a light (not included). We have painted her a wonderful shade of creamy white with light distressing, added rose garlands and wreaths on the solid wood dovetailed drawers. Our tried and true painted surface is an easy clean up and washable with Windex and a soft cloth! Our custom finishes have been described as "flawless" by our customers, we aim to please. Solid wood construction, dovetailed drawers. The bench seat is adorable. (This bench sits outside of the knee hole, it does not fit under). The seat is done in pretty pink satin with a dainty ruffle, If this does not for your needs, it is easy peasy to change out. They don't make them like this anymore! She would be wonderful in a child's bedroom, guestroom, Beach Cottage or in a kitchen office. Painted to perfection!
