Furniture pickup is available and encouraged at our location by appointment.
6.35% sales tax applies to all in State Connecticut sales unless accompanied by valid tax ID #.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express and PayPal. We will accept personal checks, payment must clear the bank before your shipment is sent out. We do offer a 90 day lay-away which must be discussed with us. Three equal payments will apply.
We offer white glove, blanket wrapped, insured shipping in all areas of the U.S. We will offer you reasonable rates using our reliable, hand picked shippers. Please call or email us with your zip code and we will provide you with a free price quotes on shipping. Quotes are typically obtained within 2-4 hours. If you choose to arrange for your own shipper to pick up your purchase, we will provide you with the information you will need to do so. Please call us if you have any further questions.
Our white glove service includes blanket wrap, full value insurance and first or second floor delivery, your furniture will be set up in your home. There will be no removal of existing furniture unless pre-arranged at an extra cost with the shipper. We will make every effort to accommodate you, and all of our people have a vast knowledge and background in the moving industry. The shipper will accept cash, checks or a credit card that will be pre-arranged before delivery. Our shipper picks up at our location once a week, once your shipment leaves our location, you will be given shipping information and contact numbers. Delivery usually takes place within 1-3 weeks after leaving our location.

Damages and Claims
Juniper Hill Antiques is not responsible for miscommunication between freight carrier and consignee (recipient). We will accommodate you in expediting insurance claims if needed, all shipping company Terms and Conditions apply.
Delivery discrepancies, and damages are the sole responsibility of the freight carrier once the merchandise has been accepted by said carrier.
Damages sustained in transit are the sole responsibility of the assigned shipping company. The shipping company reserves the right to repair and make good on any damages by their professional restoration teams before insurance reparations are considered.
If a packaged item is dented, opened, punctured, or looks as if damage may have occurred,
examine contents in the presence of the driver.
All damages must be noted on freight bill at time of delivery and taken up with carrier immediately.
Any damages during shipment are the responsibility of the Buyer and Shipper exclusively and as such, Buyer and Shipper are required to file and process the claim together.
All one of a kind pieces are non-returnable.
Our furniture is carefully inspected thoroughly prior to shipping and is accepted by the carrier in good condition.
Once carrier has accepted freight, our responsibility ends. All shipping company policies apply with claims.
Our furniture is sold distressed and is not to be considered a defect. Therefore, all one- of- a -kind pieces are sold "as-is".
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization by phone or email. If authorization is granted by us, all credits will be issued in the form of merchandise or store credit. If return of furniture is authorized by Juniper Hill, return shipping is the sole responsibility of said buyer.
